Abstrakt:
- Artykuł jest refleksją nad popularnością myśli Rogera Garaudy w środowisku muzułmańskim. Wydaje się, że przyczyna tego tkwi w podobnej naturze socjalizmu i islamu. Są to systemy totalizujące oraz cechują się niechęcią do kultury Zachodu, w tym chrześcijaństwa. Istnieje duże niebezpieczeństwo instrumentalizacji islamu w celach politycznych. Traci na tym nie tylko sam islam, ale i religie, które chce zdominować.
- The article is a reflection on the popularity of Roger Garaudy’s thought in the Muslim environment. It seems that the reason for such popularity is the similar nature of socialism and Islam – they are both totalitarian and reluctant towards the western culture, including Christianity. There is a great threat of using Islam as a political tool. It is harmful both to Islam itself and to the religions it tries to dominate.
