• 019 $a Artykuł skupia się na wyjaśnieniu istoty pedagogiki towarzyszenia w procesie wychowawczym w autonomicznej przestrzeni świadomości relacyjnej wychowawca - wychowanek. Podejmuje temat rozumienia wymiaru duchowego i jego wpływu na kształtowanie się procesu w kierunku samodzielności, samostanowienia wychowanka, w który wpisana jest osobowa godność człowieka. Obecność dwóch interpretacji - antropologicznej i duchowej wzbogaca rozumienie istoty człowieka również w relacji z Transcedentem - Bogiem. • 020 $a The article focuses on explaining the essence of the pedagogical accompaniment in the educational process in the autonomous space of relational awareness, educator - pupil. It deals with the subject of understanding the spiritual dimension and its influence on the shaping of the process towards independence, self-determination of the pupil, in which the personal dignity of the human being is inscribed. The presence of two interpretations - anthropological and spiritual, enriches the understanding of the human being also in relation to the Transcendent - God. It discusses the issue of a crucial relationship between personalism and religious upbringing, which influences the shaping of the pupil's moral and ethical attitudes. It is a call to educate in a spirit that understands people who can act differently, without evaluating and giving stereotypical patterns of their perception. Incorporating the neurodiversity perspective in the world of neurodiversity introduces the context of otherwise proficient human understanding not in the area of medicalization but in the area of socio-cultural-philosophical nature.
