- Abstrakt: The author presents the laudation as a preface to the Jubilee Book in honour of Professor Marek Pliszkiewicz, an expert in Polish and international labour law. He presents his research achievements and his professional legal career in Poland, while working at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw and the Academy, and later the University of Economics in Katowice, as well as at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Humanitas University in Sosnowiec, as well as abroad, in France, Belgium and Switzerland
