  • Abstract in English: The aim of the article is to show the relationship between the subject-participatory paradigm embedded in the personalistic concept of a human being and leadership in the pursuit of purpose, focused on the good of the individual and social dimensions (Rune Todnem By), and inspiring leadership (Michael McCormick). Outlining and analyzing the aforementioned positions allows us to answer the following question: Is there a correlation between the subjectparticipatory paradigm and leadership in the pursuit of purpose, one focused on the good of the individual and community, and if so, how is it presented? The use of the method of hermeneutic analysis of the collected epistemological material made it possible to discern this correlation in the understanding of mature participation. Moreover, it also brought out the crucial importance of the nature of the leadership that correlates with the adoption of the formative dimension of this paradigm, for shaping the attitudes of leaders on the post conventional level, taking into account the attributes of inspiring leadership.
