  • Abstract in English: The article was inspired by the title of Joseph Bremer's monograph Is Free Will Free? This paper does not engage in a discussion with cognitive scientists who defend or deny the freedom of human will. It is a look at the question of the freedom of free will from the point of view of the logic of questions (erotetics) and an attempt to decide whether this question is well posed. To this end, the paper discusses the conditions for posing questions correctly (Part I), which are then applied to assessing the question Is free will free? (Part II). The discussion of these conditions is important because, among the criteria for good question posing accepted in the following discussion, conditions that are omitted in general methods for evaluating the correctness of questions are also defined and explained. The proposed criteria are also used, in the final analysis (Part III), to determine whether the question dealt with in this paper is well posed.
